Earlier this year, it was announced that the "On The Floor" singer would be starring in a remake of the 1985 musical film Kiss of the Spiderwoman. The story was adapted from a 1976 novel written by Manuel Puig. Jennifer will play the female lead, fictional actress Ingrid Luna, who plays the role of a spider woman who kills her prey with a kiss.
Throughout the start of the year, the internet was buzzing with curiosity as to how the Bronx native would approach the role, and everyone got a sneak peek when the trailer was released earlier this month. Several clips of Jennifer playing the on-screen siren portrayed her with a hairstyle change that people thought looked great on her.
